P&G Account Moves to Carat Media Perspectives.

Procter & Gamble has moved its multi-million dollars media planning and buying account to Carat Media Perspectives as part of a global business re-alignment.The move is following a long drawn pitch carried out in Geneva where P&G is head quartered and several others cities including Johanesbourg and Lagos.

The Nigerian and West African bit of the account which has been at Starcom Media since 2001 includes brands such as Always sanitary pads, Ariel detergent, Pampers diapers, Vicks Lemon Plus, Gillette, Duracell and Bonux Detergent. Carat's media planning and buying scope will cover Nigeria, Ghana, Burkina Faso, DRC, Ivory Coast and Senegal.
